About
I’m Elizabeth, a New York–based psychotherapist holding sessions both virtually and in-person.
I work with high-achieving, thoughtful individuals navigating the pressures of demanding careers, relationships, and life transitions. Many of my clients are self-aware and capable, but come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned and grounded.
My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and tailored to you. We won’t just talk about what’s happening—we’ll look at why certain patterns keep showing up, and what’s keeping them in place. From there, we’ll work on shifting those patterns in a way that feels sustainable.
My goal is to help you:
shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck
feel more confident in your decisions
navigate relationships with more clarity and ease
I draw from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, relational therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, while remaining flexible and responsive to what you need.
