I’m Elizabeth, a New York–based psychotherapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating the pressures of high-demand careers, relationships, and life transitions. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns and looking to make meaningful changes.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

I view therapy as a collaborative and personalized process, grounded in trust, curiosity, and honest reflection. Together, we’ll look at patterns, identify what’s no longer working, and develop practical, sustainable ways to move forward.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from relational therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I work with adults navigating anxiety, dating, relationship dynamics, career stress, and complex family systems.
